NRIC's Professional Development Academy Presents Non-Violent Crisis Prevention Intervention Training

NRIC is offering CPI training for all professionals working with students beginning on  March 27, 28 & 29 for first time participants from 3:00 pm to 7:00 pm at NRIC; those that require a refresher only should attend on Thursday, March 29th. .Participants will develop an understanding of the Rhode Island regulations regarding CPI including techniques to assist in keeping student acting-out behaviors at the lowest least threatening levels, and how to intervene in crisis situations appropriately.

The cost is $160.00 for NRIC member districts; $185.00 for non-member districts; and $90.00 for the refresher course only.
